This blend always
makes the mouth water. It brings the senses to the seashores
of the coast and also the bayous of the deep south. Besides being
perfect for Shrimp and Crab Boils, it is a must when boiling
crawfish. Use sparingly in your Seafood Soups, Sauces, and
Marinades. Use generously to coat crawfish after you remove
them from them from the boil. Celery Salt, Paprika, Colman's
Mustard, Black Pepper, Bay Leaf, Cloves, Ginger, Mace, Celery Seed,
Cinnamon, and Cayenne Pepper.
