One of our most popular blends.  This mix is made to coat your roasted potatoes.  Just toss your diced potatoes in a zip bag and coat with as much Curry Underwood as you like, some extra virgin olive oil, and a a pinch or two of sea salt. Shake and roast in a nonstick pan at 475 degrees until tender. Mmm. Mmm. Mmm. Curry Spice, Rosemary, Dill Weed.
